Position: KTECH Outreach Coordinator (Part-time)

Description: Under general supervision, establishes and administers recruitment and retention of students for the KTECH program.  Visits schools, organizations, and companies and makes presentations to groups and individuals. Coordinates recruitment efforts and serves as primary point of contact for KTECH participation in outreach activities. 


  1. A Bachelor’s degree in the education field and/or a minimum of 1-2 years admissions 

  2. Recruitment or sales experience. 

  3. Initiative, creativity, out-of-the box thinking.

  4. Ability to make decisions and work in a flexible environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

  • Proficient in computer skills.

  • Ability to setup and use technology for the presentations.

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus analytical, organizational, 

  • Interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be customer service oriented.

  • Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards.

  • Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently. 

  • Teamwork:  Balances team and individual responsibilities.​
